Our consensus
Pros: Most customer reports mention the word value. Many make a point to say that although a Victorinox knife is less expensive than top of the line knife sets, Victorinox knives perform as well. Very sharp, edge stays sharp with just a few swipes on the sharpener. Great handles. Nice mix between firm and flexible blade. Less expensive than other high grade knives.
Cons: The knives are stamped, not forged. Some reports of the tips of the knives breaking off, mostly after extensive use. It should be noted that several reports we came across mentioned excellent response from the manufacturer on warranty claims.
